  We recently moved to Ontario from another province, and Alex made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth from start to finish. He is professional, responsive, and guided us through every formality with patience and clarity. Relocating can be stressful, but thanks to Alex, everything was seamless and hassle-free.   Thank you Aleksandra, for your collaboration, we were staying at 286 Kingswood Dr, and we recommend it, they accepted us without so much paperwork and requirements and our pet was well received. What we enjoyed the most were the gym facilities, which are very well equipped. On the other hand, the common areas are very clean and the building is very well located, near the Conestoga Doon, c.c. fairview, McLenan park, the library and the public service bus stop.

  286 kingswood drive kitchener, building manager - Aleksandra is amazing! very helpful and extremely professional. always checks in and makes sure things are going well with the unit. best place i’ve rented out here since moving march 2022. thanks a lot Aleksandra

  It's been more than a year since my partner and I moved here. As such I wanted to leave a positive review since we love it here. Pros: Public Gym - This was a great bonus to me and my partner prior to the pandemic. I saw staff daily cleaning the gym, along with the rest of the building, every day. Neighbours keep gym very clean too. Gym is currently closed to lockdown. Great Management/Staff/Team - I have never felt unheard or ignored or taken advantage by staff. They are professional, friendly, and hard working. I get the sense that they care for the property and residents beyond their job requirement. Pet friendly - They have free doggie bags dispensers outside the building for dog walks. Quiet Building/Neighbours - Now this may be a consequence of us living on the top floor and our unit is facing the parking lot, rather than the busy road, but we rarely hear noises outside our unit. We don't hear our neighbours except for if they walk pass our unit front door. When we have our windows open in the summer we don't hear a lot. We work from home so quiet is very important quality for us. Also, we can sleep through the night comfortably. No Pests and Cleanly - It seems common for Kitchener rentals to be infested with cockroaches but not here. I see the staff clean the public spaces quite regularly and I never see garbage inside the building or outside near the building. Storage Units - It is convient and cheap to rent a storage unit in the basement. Con: (Only 1 con) Parking - We only have one car because there's not a lot of available parking spaces. I wanted to buy a 2nd car earlier but I was advised there were no available spots. Also, guest parking is small and limited as well, terrble during holiday season.
