- NPNicholas PronovostJan 19, 20221.0Water is constantly shut off with no warning. Fire alarm is constantly going off for no reason. No proper security into the building other than lights that will shoot blue light into your apartment when trying to sleep. 1 laundry machine for 19 units and it's constantly broken. Someone has had tools stolen and there are theives who will rob your laundry and laundry card. Extremely poorly managed building. Do not live here unless you have no other option.

- CJCalvin JenksMar 15, 20201.0Not sure what is worse, the access of my apartment without permission, double charging my rent without proper reimbursement, the lack of warm water, or the turnstile of resident managers (at least 7 in the year I have lived here), ensuring there is nobody to address these concerns. The single washer and dryer for the 15 two-bedroom units in our building is pathetic, considering the $1400 price tag for rent. Do not sign a lease with Centurion, look elsewhere.
