  Hi, I was planning to move there, but I noticed there seems to be a cockroach problem. Could you please address and fix this issue?

  Cockroaches on the first day of moving in, loud and noisy neighbors until usually 11 at night. Even then people still stomp up every single step, and above you as well. Will not let you out of a lease even for health concerns. all in all don't move here unless you want to become just as insufferable as everyone else..

  Having spent an excruciating year in an Apartment at 31 Jean Avenue, I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of potential renters. Despite being home to only four residents, this space quickly became a battleground against an overwhelming legion of cockroaches; I lost count after encountering thousands of them. The rooms, far from inviting, were perpetually untidy, a reflection of the constant struggle to maintain any semblance of cleanliness in such a nightmarish environment. In a desperate bid to reclaim the space, we resorted to scheduling pest control treatments three times, each visit promising relief yet ultimately delivering disappointment. Alas, it was as if we were fighting a relentless army—always creeping, always multiplying. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this apartment to anyone. It is an experience to avoid, a cautionary tale for future tenants. Save yourself the anguish and seek refuge elsewhere.

  ~31 Jean Ave~ Pros: People are nice, ok space for 2-3 people, Nice area, very close to alot of places (grocery store, mall, schools, gas station, laundry mat, bus stops, Tim Hortons) Cons: 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for all 16 units living in building, Stairs is alot if you live on top floors, BIG Cockroach Problem (wish I was told this before moving in), lightbulbs are not standard (expensive for 1 alone), Not alot of storage space, kitchen, dining, and living room is kinda small (can't have alot or it looks cluttered). *Cockroach problem is not worth moving here*
