- DSDanielle SmallJul 22, 20221.0~31 Jean Ave~ Pros: People are nice, ok space for 2-3 people, Nice area, very close to alot of places (grocery store, mall, schools, gas station, laundry mat, bus stops, Tim Hortons) Cons: 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for all 16 units living in building, Stairs is alot if you live on top floors, BIG Cockroach Problem (wish I was told this before moving in), lightbulbs are not standard (expensive for 1 alone), Not alot of storage space, kitchen, dining, and living room is kinda small (can't have alot or it looks cluttered). *Cockroach problem is not worth moving here*
