The new Superintendent KerriAnn has done a great job at cleaning up inside and outside of the building. She is pleasant to deal with and always quick to respond.

We have been here for 4 years and are on the 4th Superintendent. Karrie Ann works hard to maintain a clean building inside and out. If you need something repaired she is on it right away and works to have repairs done in a timely fashion. The building looks inviting to all guests visiting residents in the building. We can be proud to call this building home.

It's a nice place to live. Clean, sizable and affordable. The management is dicey. I haven't known who the super was for the last couple months. Not even sure how to find out since the old one left quite suddenly. Ah well.
