  We had an amazing experience with the concierge today. We forgot what his name was . He was working when we went at 5pm. He was very professional and helped us resolved our issues. He went above and beyond to support us.

  This place has many problems. 1. Out of 3 elevator only 2 works sometimes it goes down to only one working and it creates a big lineup for either going up or coming down 2. No parking spots available. They are giving parking spots to new people moving in but as of me I had not taken parking while I moved in and now they are telling me to wait for months for parking spot. I have 2 kids for which I have to park my car outside in a paid parking 3. No proper maintenance 4. No concierge during night which is most crucial time anyone can walk in. Safety compromised 5. No offers like other condos where they are giving 2 months plus 500$ off Here as soon as you go to enquire the office people have their own terms and conditions, like 2 months free only for certain units.

  Building management is rude for no reason, but concierge is nice.
