- AWAlicia WainwrightApr 14, 20251.0Advertise as a dog friendly building, but tenants in the building have put no poop signs and created fences around their balconies and come out of their apartments to harass people if their dogs on their lawn they contact the landlord if your dog pees on their grass when everyone has the same amount of balcony space. they’re taking it upon themselves to claim grass to claim light posts people attach their barbeques to post and barbeque food close to the building they chained a basketball net to a no parking sign. Therefore, you cannot see that it’s a no parking area. they put mats in the hallway. It’s a tripping hazard in case of fire. They leave full garbage bags untied in the garbage shoot that stink Do not clean the buildings on a regular basis the hallways are always have hair in them There’s always parking issues. There’s always people parking in the visitors parking making up spots. Issues are never addressed. They’re just pushed to a side or ignored. There’s damages around the building that’s not being fixed since I’ve moved in. And building is rarely cleaned. there’s construction being done on the roof and they start work before eight when they are supposed to start at nine. and they work longer than Five which is what’s indicated on the paperwork they’re using large equipment tools right over my apartment not being aware that the paperwork state 9 to 5 is work time. Would not recommend living at this specific centurion building as the superintendent do not keep up at 256 Saint Andrews St., Cambridge Ontario
- TRTalia RunstedlerJan 6, 20255.0I've loved living here, the neighbours are all very friendly, it is generally quiet at appropriate times and the apartments are quite spacious. Munaza my resident manager is also very friendly and has been very helpful when we've reached out with plumbing issues.
