  I would not recommend living in Building A if you’re a working professional, especially if you work shift work. Getting uninterrupted sleep has been extremely difficult due to ongoing noise issues. The building also has ant problems, and there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom, which is an unexpected inconvenience for charging items like an electric toothbrush or shaver. This has been my experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision. Perhaps the other buildings are better, but based on my experience, Building A has been a very disappointing place to live.

  What a wonderful place to live. The superintendent, Yasmin does a wonderful job maintaining all 36 units at this address. Any concerns are addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Hallways and laundry room are always cleaned.

  I went to go view an apartment for my partner and i, and Yasmin (the superintendent) was amazing! She was the one i was in contact with to set the whole thing up. She made everything so easy, and her energy and positivity helped to take a lo of the nervousness away. The apartments were so well maintained and clean, you can tell it’s very well cared for. We’re new to Brighton and Yasmin knew a lot about the area and helped us with questions we had about the town.

  Just wanted to say, Thankyou so very much to our (Super Intendant) (Yasmin,) for putting on a Pizza Party for all of the Tenants in building A,B and C, it was a wonderful experience and so very thoughtful. Yasmin is very kind and makes everyone feel welcome and always go's out of her way to say hello or a quick wave if you are on your way out 😊 She respects everyone by showing she loves her job and does a thorough cleaning in all buildings. We are blessed to have her and would love to keep her. She's most definitely a five star Lady with a smile 😃 We have been here just over ten years and love our home and have always enjoyed working in the gardens and chatting to all of our wonderful neighbors. 🏡
