  We lived at Sofia Ocean Hills for over 8 years, and it was a great place to call home. The community was always well-maintained and clearly cared for. Over the years, there were several thoughtful improvement projects—from modernizing the plumbing (the showers worked even better afterward) to updating the pool areas, resurfacing the internal roads, and refreshing the reception area with added amenities and a bigger space to relax in. The gym was also upgraded, and the landscaping was consistently maintained with weekly lawn care, which really kept the grounds looking beautiful. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and Sandra in particular stands out—she’s truly the best. Between the beautiful views, mature trees, and green spaces, it’s a safe, peaceful and welcoming environment. Overall, one of the best value-for-money places to live in Oceanside.

  We have been living here for almost 2 years and we really like the community and amenities. One of our favorite parts is the staff! Specially Elizabeth, Sandra, and Ellie. They are extremely friendly and always very helpful. Whenever we need anything, they are quick to help us and provide any information that we need. My 18 month old loves going to the office and saying hi to them, and they always take the time to be friendly to him and pay attention to him, even when they are busy. We really enjoy living here.

  Maintenance came in at an appropriate time, fixed what was asked, and everything is currently running smoothly (5days later).
