I know it was challenging in the beginning with prior staff members but I think they finally got it right! I want to also thank Cesar in maintenance , Ricky and Pablo for always being so quick to respond to maintenance requests. Most residents are respectful for the most part there’s always a few things to complain about that goes with living in apartments but the team takes care of it even if it doesn’t seem like it’s being addressed so thank you to all who work at Sofi!

He is reliable, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of quickly and correctly. Anytime a repair or issue comes up, David responds promptly and with a great attitude. he communicates clearly, explains what needs to be done, and makes sure the job is completed the right way. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, but David truly does. His consistency and dedication bring peace of mind, and it shows that he genuinely cares about the residents he helps. I couldn’t recommend him more highly—David is an asset to the team and someone you can always count on.
