  Perfect for military families who want to live off base at an affordable price! My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now. Love the pet areas, the parks, and the pool!

  Office and maintenance is always nice and helpful. Older apartments but big and never any issues with theft or neighbors.

  I think I've waited long enough to post a review after the multiple opportunities I gave this community. I literally wouldn't even leave it a star, so my husband and I moved here from kind of last minute because of the military, because of our own reasons we didn't want to live on base and decided to try a place out in town. I wish we would've gone on base. These apartments are the worst apartments I've ever lived in, it is a joke. You pay 2000 dollars a month to hear NONSTOP noise. Our neighbors above have THREE dogs and let them run around like wild animals all day it shakes the photos on my walls. I have thought it was an earthquake. When they aren't home all their dogs do is bark nonstop. Not to mention the screaming baby I have heard for months. Don't believe me ? Go door to door an ask all the neighbors. They all hear it too. Oh call the office? They won't do anything because guess what? They don't care about our sleep and peace and tranquility because as long as rent is paid and they don't have to deal with it... they DON'T care. So if you're considering moving here, please DON'T. save your money and go elsewhere. There is so many beautiful communities that are equal value and much nicer. In the past week there has been 2 occasions with MULTIPLE car break ins and nothing done about it. So much for a gated community. Seriously, spare yourselves. Worst place to rent.
