- TJThomas JoyceSep 27, 20191.0Be very wary of these apartments, the cost is not worth it. The location is busy due to the proximity to the college and the traffic is very loud. The entire grounds are covered in insects and webs and they make no attempt to clean them. The apartments themselves are not secure. The security gates are broken and no attempt to fix them has been made. We regularly had packages stolen. Moving inside, the cabinets in the kitchen are very poor quality and the drawers do not have runners so the wood on wood contact with each opening and closing is loud and causes damages which they will not hesitate to charge you for. The holes for the fireplace gas lines are large and unsealed which let's insects and pests into the apartment. Lastly on move out they will scalp you for every penny of your deposit. The lease may state the charges are only applied after normal wear and tear, but they will still apply them. If you enjoy paying up to 245.00 for carpet cleaning in a single room, then this is the place you for.
