  Very expensive Apartments with barely working amenities. Everything in these apartments are outdated and fragile. The electrical breakers are outdated and can't keep up with modern amenities such as heaters when it is cold which causes power loss. The neighbors don't respect the complex and let their dogs poop anywhere. The pool/spa has been shutdown for health concerns which violates California's health and safety codes. We've had constant plumbing issues which has caused flooding from the base of the toilet. The door frames are so old and used both doors fell off and the solution was adding longer screws. The Silverware drawer particle board finally gave up and broke so it's just an open drawer now and there has been continuous rent increases yearly with no remodeling in sight. Stay far away!

  My dad and his girlfriend Brenda want to know why you pay all of that money,when you can have a big house and a heated garage in hastings.

  I'm only rating on service. My son never actually moved in or even got approved. They asked for 4 forms of verification (supposedly Transunion was who required all of this and social security, birth certificate, etc. werent acceptable) to do a credit check. Most people getting their first apartment dont have that. My son is active duty and does not have any utilities in his name at this time and his DL is registered in Texas, his home state. The only option they gave is him getting a state id. Pretty sure that's not legal, to be "registered" in 2 states. I could be wrong there. Anyway, per another complex and google, by law his orders would suffice as proof of residency but he was never told that. They now won't answer the phone or call back. Take this how you will but don't bank on getting approved without a whole bunch of rediculous paperwork. I've lived in many apartments here in Texas and NEVER had that issue. I'm curious if its not because he's military. I recall a review mentioning that they were active duty and had issues but forgot details.

  Very nice and quiet community. Staff are very helpful. There are plenty of parking options compared to other complexes.

  One of the most important things in the process of getting the apartment is communication & this leasing office is on point with it. They kept me informed & updated on what I needed to do in order to get the place. Very friendly with answers the questions I had. Overall good experience wonderful neighbor & shout out to David especially very helpful!!
