  This place is truly exceptional. The buildings are thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail really shows. We had the pleasure of working with Estee, who was beyond helpful and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns, even going out of her way to give us multiple tours in a single day. She also walked us through the unit above the one we toured to test noise levels—which were minimal. The insulation appears to be very well done. We also met Erik, the on-site maintenance professional, who was equally impressive. He helped us access the units we wanted to see, stayed to answer our questions, and gave us a great sense of the community’s vibe and layout. His insight was extremely helpful in understanding the floor plans and day-to-day living experience. As we begin this new chapter here, we felt compelled to leave an initial review. The entire experience has been welcoming and reassuring, and going through this process with such a warm, professional staff has made all the difference. The community is beautiful, and we genuinely feel excited and confident about calling this place home.

  My husband and I came in today for a tour, and we ended up applying for a lease the same day! Estee Aragon was just a ray of sunshine! She went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home! Her positivity and genuine care really sold us that management listens and cares about their tenants, we also met Erik and maintenance team members along the way and everyone was so courteous and kind! I highly recommend making an appointment with Estee! We walked in thinking this was not on the top of our list of options and left with excitement and confidence in our future home and community

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Estee, and we can’t say enough great things about her. From the very beginning, she was incredible... so attentive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping us throughout the leasing process. Estee was always available to answer our questions, explain details clearly, and guide us every step of the way. She made what can often feel like an overwhelming process feel smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. Her professionalism, kindness, and patience really stood out, and it was clear that she truly cares about the people she’s working with. What impressed us most was how thoughtful and helpful she was... no question ever felt too small, and she always made sure we felt confident and informed. Her positive energy and attention to detail made a huge difference, and we always felt like we were in great hands. Estee is truly a gem, and Luma in Oceanside is so lucky to have her as a leasing agent. She made our experience an excellent one, and we’re incredibly grateful for all of her help.   We had such an incredible experience with Erik M., and we felt compelled to leave a review because he truly went above and beyond. While we were in the process of deciding whether or not to lease at Luma in Oceanside, Erik took the time out of his clearly busy day to talk with us, answer our questions, and genuinely make us feel welcome. He didn’t rush us at all. Instead, he thoughtfully showed us a garage, walked us through the facilities, and explained how everything works in a way that was both thorough and easy to understand. What really stood out was that Erik shared his own personal experience as a resident who actually lives in the community. Hearing his honest perspective made such a difference...it felt authentic, reassuring, and incredibly helpful in getting a true sense of what living at Luma is really like. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also so kind, approachable, and invested in helping people feel confident in their decision. Erik’s enthusiasm for the community was contagious, and his willingness to take extra time with us spoke volumes about his character and work ethic. Without a doubt, Erik 100% influenced our decision to move forward. He was awesome, and Luma is lucky to have someone like him representing the community.   Eric and Adrian are the absolute best. They’re always available to assist with any issues or concerns I have in my unit. They’re extremely quick and efficient even during off hours. The job always gets done same day and I never have to wait! This building wouldn’t survive with out them. Thankful to have them at Luma.
