  I've been at Link Apartments for about half a year and have had a really good time so far! The property managers Sandra and AzSurde have consistently gone out of their way to be helpful and accommodating whenever I need anything, even favors that aren't part of their job. They're just a good vibe off the bat and have been so from when I was just inquiring about the apartment till now. The building itself is always well-maintained (shoutout Maria!) and the community is pretty friendly and quiet.

  Property 10/10 This apartment is very up to date and very nice inside and out the view of the marina it’s not too far away transit is a A rating lake Merritt bart ten mins walk away ferry also not to far the community is very beautiful I would like to shoutout AzSurdé for being a great leasing agent giving many options to apartments she also help decide which would be a better fit for my mom I appreciate her for engaging and encouraging my mom to make a right decision she has a great aura and just with that alone I would rent with this property.

  I’ve been a resident here for over a year and some months now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to move in. From the moment I stepped into my unit, I was blown away by the high-quality furnishings and modern aesthetic. Not to mention the excellent location on the complex. Everything in the complex feels premium and thoughtfully designed, which made it so much easier to settle in and truly feel at home. The management team also deserves a huge shout-out. They made the entire application and move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Whenever I’ve had a question or a minor request, they’ve been professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to find a team that is this proactive about resident satisfaction.

Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly set this community apart. The building is impeccably maintained—clean, well-organized, and inviting both inside and out. One of the many advantages of living here is the convenient access to public transportation. The property is within walking distance of Amtrak, the Lake Merritt BART station, and the ferry terminal, making commuting and exploring the Bay Area incredibly easy. Beyond the excellent service and prime location, the community atmosphere is second to none.
