  Incredible location with a very attentive and detailed staff. Desmond was fantastic during the leasing and move-in process. Quiet and clean building with excellent access to Jack London Square, Downtown Oakland, and BART to SF.

  Bryant, the lead maintenance person, is fabulous. My apartment is cute. The people who live in the building are almost entirely warm, welcoming and considerate neighbors. Location is convenient for so much. But, I do not recommend living here. I was misled about how much the fees beyond the rent and parking costs would be. Turnover in office staff is very high and responsiveness (other than Bryant) is lacking. If your car is hit right next to a security camera in the parking garage, don’t count on getting the security video. The insurance investigator and I left multiple voicemails / emails and I went to the office multiple times in person. Apparently the person would have had to get out of their car and approach me with an obvious weapon for the security to record. Find a better run place to live.
