  I just stayed at the 47 Holtwood Court - The Carrington Suites, in the guest suite and had a fantastic experience! The building staff are very friendly, Shaima was great to coordinate my stay with. The building is very well kept, clean, tidy and secure! I also used the gym facilities and overall really enjoyed my time there. Thank you for a great stay!

  After living in this apartment for 3 years as a family of three with a young child, I must share significant concerns about the management's approach to tenant relations and the environment they foster. Despite living quietly, we were warned about noise complaints without any investigation into the claims or communication with us about specific issues. Management issued warnings without gathering facts, providing details, or giving us the opportunity to address what they claimed was a problem. Noise complaints came from other units in the building as well, yet we alone were targeted with warnings. Management failed to investigate fairly across all units, instead singling us out. This selective enforcement and unfair treatment had a profound impact on our family. We found ourselves over-controlling our young child, suppressing even normal speech and activity to avoid further complaints. Our child lost her freedom to be a normal child in her own home. This created significant stress and tension within our family throughout our tenancy. Most alarmingly, a neighbor filed false police complaints against us alleging child abuse. Police conducted a formal investigation, determined the complaints were baseless, and officially withdrew them. Despite this police investigation confirming our innocence, the management's initial response was to warn us without any effort to verify the accusations or understand the situation. This pattern demonstrates a troubling lack of due process and professional communication. Management should investigate complaints thoroughly and fairly across all residents before taking action. Being singled out for unfair treatment, combined with malicious accusations, created an unnecessarily stressful and damaging living situation for our family. I would caution prospective tenants, especially families with children, to understand the management's approach to complaint resolution and the community environment before signing a lease. Do not recommend.

  We enjoy having Allyson & Dylan overseeing 47 Holtwood Court they are very obliging, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We have been here since this building opened and we love our apartment. Just curious when the grounds in front of our building will be cleaned of debris and landscaped? Gary & Ellen

  My husband and I love our new home at The Carrington. The location is absolutely perfect with plenty to see, neighbour's are super friendly, apartment is huge, beautiful breeze comes off the ocean. Resident Manager, Allyson, is adorable and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent place to live.

  Excellent management! Allyson, Dylan and Mark are a perfect fit. They are very friendly, professional and always go out of their way for you. We love it here. We are only minutes to all amenities and we love our cozy spacious 3 bedroom corner unit. 5 stars all around. Thanks guys! Taylor and Melanie Edwards and Family. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
