  I’ve lived here going on 3 years now. You get what you pay for. They are not the nicest looking apartments but they work. The office manager is nice and helpful but the maintenance staff is rude.

  The worst place I have ever seen for rent. The management is terrible, the grounds are unclean, and the buildings themselves are rotting. We have dealt with multiple infestation, crazy neighbors, lack of hot or running water for up to five days, and mold/water issues. The management has actively ignored our request for maintenance. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

  Really bad! We have almost 2 years, laundry is always dirty and have cockroach also our apartment have a big problem with that, the fumigation coming many times but don't really work. We get many products from Home Depot and some times works better. The mold is in the bathroom, closets, everywhere, we also get products for that because the management don't really made a good solution. We had 4 leaks and consequences was throw away one twin bed and almost the sofa. Stole my car 3 times and of course big problem with parking and garbage.

  Live Hamilton for 3yrs and been raising rent, can't find parking, stole my car and my tire, really and cop didn't do anything all he say we found your car but has nothing wow they didnt find the thief. Dumpster is full, laundry prices changes, sometimes gets full, pool don't clean, bad management, live top floor and it was too hot, the sun hits to much bugs inside don't move in

  We moved into Hamilton Woods after a terrible accident in another state. Our family had a very small budget. We could only afford these apartments with our two daughters. We always felt safe and that was most important to us. You get what you pay for... Yes, the garbage was overfloweing and the parking sucks, but seriously where can you live in Novato for this price. We lived there for one year until we recovered from our accident and could afford a better place. All-in-all, it was not a bad year. The grounds are beautiful. The laundry is challenging, but doable, the parking is awful if you have more than one car, but a home is what you make it.
