  It has its ups downs like any other place what I noticed a lot of people are moving out of here they move in and out so fast I don't even know who my neighbors are anymore but basically I've lived here almost 4;yrs and it's worked out for me I plan on moving the first of the year I wanna give a big thank u for the maintenance man Luis I wanna give him 5 stars plus some he always goes out of his way to help me he's very kind and a good person I'm gonna miss him when I go

  I have been here for a little over a year and the area is great and the apartments are well maintained. I have had great experiences with the support from both management and the maintenance team whenever issues arise. Luis is amazing at responding quickly and is very knowledgeable about issues that I've had including plumbing and AC emergencies that were resolved quickly. Helen the property manager is also great at communicating whenever issues arise.

  I have had a wonderful time living here, just moved in 6 weeks ago and have been taken care of. It really is the management that makes to complex. I had kind of lacking management at my last place and then a couple months before I moved out they got a new manager and he was making some good changes but I had already moved on in my mind. Most of the bad reviews here are based on the management so you have to keep that in mind. That being said, Laura was the manager when I was trying to move in here and she seemed really sweet but made a faulty promise to me and was lagging on getting construction workers to finish the work on the wall which delayed my move in like 3 weeks but she was on her way out the door so, who knows. When the temp guy got here he really helped me out and was professional and effective. Then when Gina got here right before I ended up moving in she really made me feel comfortable that things were getting done and I was high on her priority list. And that woman is a powerhouse she gets lots done and is communicative, letting me know specifically what is happening. She is also temp but is goin to vet the next person and I trust her judgement so we'll see who shows up. Even though people keep leaving this company does a good job of making sure things get done and I know that they are working on improving the property, they just got all new windows it's 95 degrees outside but 79 in my apartment and I haven't run the air since last night. Also Gina said she is going to get the grounds power washed and other things are happening. They are also working on their customer service which is positive. The one thing I don't really like are the generators outside. I guess that goes with central air, I didn't know that, they kind of rumble but that's gold plated. The way the complex is set up makes it feel really private and my neighbors keep to themselves and are respectful and cheery. I like that there is a light in almost every room, and lots of sun if you want it. Overall after 6 weeks I absolutely love living here. There are lots of animals and hummingbirds around being by the preserve. My maintenence requests have always been handled promptly. And after all the looking I did all over this county for two months I definitely found the best one.

  We were looking into apartment options and came across Crooked Oak at Lima Verde Preserve. Although we are not moving in because we found a house to move to instead the management was incredibly helpful and sweet! My first experience was with the call center and they were very professional and helpful taking down all my information. Then Erin Solis, the property manager in Novato was an absolute delight and pleasure to work with. She gave me her honest opinion and helped me talk through all scenarios to help me find the best option. She answered all my questions and didn’t rush me. She then followed up with me a few days later to make sure I had all my questions and follow up questions answered. She was kind and reassuring. During this stressful time in our lives it was incredibly helpful to to talk to someone so patient, thoughtful and professional. She deserves a raise! Thank you Erin!

  Erin has been the most amazing property manager I’ve ever rented from. She is on top of any requests, treats you with respect, and keeps the complex a safe place to live inn
