  Horrible experience at my tour today . My son was discriminated by his disability he was not allowed to use bathroom inside unit. We were offered a bathroom until we said we wanted to leave. Very unprofessional when it comes to people with disabilities especially a child . I feel discriminated and disgusted by this agent . Learn how to treat families with kids with disabilities.

  From start to finish the process of viewing, signing, and moving in has been the smoothest process with the help of Jenny! She personally reached out to me after I requested a viewing which I appreciated. They were open to show the unit on a Sunday morning which again for me was a huge bonus. And she was very friendly and inviting. I explained im looking to move as soon as possible and she moved quick and efficient. I was in my new apartment in no time. Since then everything Jenny said has been true. The building and unit are clean, maintenence has been quick (not that I've needed any fixes just requested a lock), and it's quiet. I've only been here for a week but so far I'm loving my cute new home. Thanks Jenny!

  I’ve lived here for almost three years and I’m sad to leave! The apartment building is well managed, prompt with fixing issues, and the staff is always polite and ready to help! The apartment is reasonably priced and clean. There’s never trash on the grounds or in the common areas. Over the years and roommates, Emily (apartment manager) and Ridgeview staff have been accommodating, friendly, and quick with requests. Anytime I had a question (from when I first signed the lease) to resigning, Emily and her staff were always there to help. I’ve never waited for more than a few hours for a maintenance request. When requests are fixed, they are fixed well and you don’t have to call or email back and forth to follow up. Online maintenance requests and rent payment make it so much easier to live here! The grounds are well kept, the garage is clean, and the amenities (grill and back pool) are all maintained well. This cannot come without a great manager and property company. I only wish they had properties where I am headed :) very good for young professionals, families, or people look f for peace and quiet. Thanks for making my apartment experience amazing!

  The Ridgeview is a great place to live! It’s quiet, safe, and everyone is so friendly. My favorite part about the Ridgeview is how welcoming staff was to us when we first moved in. Emily has been so helpful,sweet, and welcoming. She is always available with a smile!

  I have been living at The Ridgeview for about a year. It is in a quiet, clean neighborhood and the management is absolutely amazing, especially Emily! Anytime I needed help with anything Emily was always available and ready to help in any way that she could. She always greeted me with a smile and was extremely caring and kind even when I was frustrated. I was actually happy to pay my rent every month because I could see how hard Emily and the other management was working to make a wonderful kid friendly community!
