  Recently moved into this complex. Love our unit. It is spacious and quiet, and the courtyard and laundry rooms are clean. The complex feels safe. The manager, Jessica, is very kind and professional. So far no complaints.

  I've been living her for about 3 years now and I love it here. Never any issues and the management is awesome. Emily is always friendly and willing to help. Dave is a great manager as well. I recommend this place to alot of friends looking to relocate to Northridge. Keep up the good work!

  Moved here a year ago and my buddy lives there as well. The Manager is wonderful and treats people with respect. Love this place!

  After frantically searching for a new apartment for my daughter because I had to get her out of the awful Reserve in Woodland Hills, we came across The Ridgeview for the second time actually. We looked at it one year earlier but selected Woodland Hills since it was closer to my daughter's school - BAD MISTAKE. So, when we revisited The Ridgeview we knew that was the perfect place. Emily Garcia, one of the managers, was such a delight. She was so professional, delightful, knowledgeable and thorough with us, we felt right at home. From our tour of the property and apartment, to the signing of the lease, the entire experience was absolutely fantastic. As a mother of a college student, of course I wanted to be sure that the building would be safe, secure, and personnel accessible. Boy did we pick the right place. Emily was so reassuring, she advised that she lived on site and could always be reached if my daughter needed anything. Since the day my daughter moved in, Emily has gone above and beyond. Whether it's a problem in the apartment, or just communicating via email, Emily responds immediately. She is such a genuine, kind and intelligent young lady and we could not be happier at The Ridgeview due to Emily's continued support and constant professionalism. The Ridgeview is lucky to have Emily, she is definitely the reason we would stay year and year.

  It's true what they say, people only write reviews if service is miserable, or if its stellar. I'm writing a review on the Ridgeview because they're amazing and I love being there. The manager is a sweetheart and not only super helpful, but super available. Which I totally appreciate. I definitely recommend Ridgeview and the management company, but I do have to say, mostly because of their manager, which let's face it, as tenants, all we really care about is that the manager is good, and ours is awesome. The community in a nutshell: neat, super clean, quiet, well taken care of property with good service.
