Maintenance requests are fixed very quickly. Loved the vending machine they had in the lobby. There were some older snarky neighbors that wanted to let us know it was a "quiet building", and received one noise complaint for talking in my living room with the balcony door open, so beware of that. Lived there during COVID and almost every amenity was closed the entire year. I lived in a two bedroom which came with two parking spots, but street parking was never an issue on this street. The apartment itself was and renovated with a gray color scheme, I loved it! These apartments are very small in square footage compared to others in the neighborhood. The building is very clean and maintained well.
