  Horrible Management. I ended my lease in June 2025 due to a SEVERE roach infestation (please do not live here at all, I never write reviews but this was horrible.) and recently LADWP told me I owed HUNDREDS of $$ in electricity charges since the apartment manager never shut off the electricity in my name. I tried to email the management to report the issue since they have to work with me on this, but they refused to cooperate and have failed to respond to my recent emails. This is ridiculous. Do not live here. I have photos of dead roaches on the countertops and IN THE FREEZER. It is a health hazard and this building continues to have infestation issues to this day.

  The place was very quiet and peaceful place the manager is very friendly professional and very accommodating person this place will be very grateful for the hospitality of the manager. Thank you
