  We moved out of our apartment about 6 months ago, after living there for about 7 years. We truly loved having our home there and just needed to be closer to our jobs, otherwise we would have stayed. Ashley is a very kind property manager and was always gracious with our concerns and needs. Vincent, the lead for maintenance, was especially helpful. He was always committed to doing his best for us, even with the small things. His team was always very kind and respectful when in our unit. We appreciated having such a comfortable and reliable place to live for so long.

  Elevator has been down for MONTHS, they should credit their tenants for the inconvenience it has caused the families. Other than that I liked everything else about the apartment. 4-5 months is way too long without service.

  So far my experience is good. The office staffs, Ashley and Jenny are truly helpful. the staffs are nice people to whom you can go with any problem you are facing with the apartment. Also, one major thing, no bugs so far.
