    I moved into the Woodland Trio apartments last October and I’m so happy with my decision. Ana is amazing! She helped me through the whole process of apartment touring and applications! She answered all the questions I had at the time and made me feel like this was the perfect place for me. Even after I moved in, if I had any questions or concerns she’s always been super helpful! I’m so thankful that I found this place and Ana helped me through the process! Also I’d like to shout out the maintenance team because any time I’ve had any issues, they’re always out within 24 hours and fix the problem! If you’re looking for a place to settle down where management is responsive, this is the place! Make sure you ask for Ana!

    The professionalism of the staff are what really makes this place feel like home for me. Whether it’s a maintenance request or dealing with Danielle, the leasing agent, my questions are always answered timely and with professionalism. This area is centrally located to everything I need as well. So that’s a big deal for me!

    This place is horrible and very inconsistent and inconsiderate I have been waiting on Unit 311 since February. I am a section 8 tenant which they do accept but they put us at the bottom of the list . Me and my 2 kids have been homeless since January 6th which Danielle ( leasing agent ) Jiselle ( leasing agent) Randy ( property management) knew my situation this whole time I gave them everything they needed!!!! They had an inspection and FAILED it because the stove and plugs . I’ve waited 2 weeks for a reinspection just for them to not fix the plugs but to move model furniture into the unit and call it a DECOY apartment!!!!! They have 2 other bedrooms and on there website they are advertising the one with pest issues just yesterday they said I could not apply for 206 because the inspection will fail because all the droppings!!! Even with all the red flags me and my babies needed a place to call home ! Now I have to start this process all over because woodland trio!

    It’s been horrible living here. The rent comes with “amenities” that are never clean, so they can’t be used. The hallways are rarely cleaned. I had a leak in my apartment that not only destroyed my personal items, but left me unable to use the kitchen for over a week. (The same leak damaged 2 other units on 2 separate floors. )Mind you the kitchen is small (one person can occupy it at a time), so if it leaks in there, there is no space to avoid it, no space to cook. I had to eat out during that time. All this happened on Thanksgiving. They FINALLY finished the final repairs that had to do with the leak in JANUARY. The communication around scheduling repairs was minimum at best. From failing to advise me of changes to repair plans, to having me miss time at work only tell me plans changed the day of the scheduled repairs have not only been infuriating, but has also stressed me greatly. I’ve reached out to the management company 2-3 times over the last 3 weeks to resolve certain issues, & I’ve gotten no response. For rent to be $2700+ and to be blatantly ignored by the management company when I’ve been amiable (ensuring maintenance was able to what they needed & NOT kicking up a fuss) through the whole process has been very disheartening.
