  DO NOT MOVE HERE. Find another apartment in NoHo. Been here a week and it's already a mistake! We asked to get parking a WEEK ago and we're still waiting because they need to complete an audit. First off, I've gotten faster parking support at a 12,000 person community (Park La Brea in WeHo) than I ever have at this small unit. Dog poop in the swimming pool (not cleaned). Fridge broke within the first few days and staff is taking their sweet time to support. I have nothing against the maintenance team, TBF, they're trying their best. But whoever is the property manager here, you're doing a terrible job.

  I have been contemplating writing a review on this place, but if it means saving someone else's time and money then this will be worth it. I have been living here for almost a year now, and may I say this place is a huge disappointment. When I first moved into my unit it was disgusting!! I spent so much time just cleaning it, and it's not no regular cleaning you need to do when you move in. NO! it was cleaning I had to do because it appeared that no one had cleaned this unit for years. Closet door, inside the closet, walls, bathroom, all just black and dusty. There is a wine cooler in the units and mine was full of dust. Let me also not forget the in the wall AC unit that had a disgusting filter that I had to ask two different times if I could get a new filter as the one I had started blowing black dust onto my bed. The elevator problem was a joke. It stopped working in July 2024 and didn't get fixed till January 2025. All we kept getting are emails saying it will be fixed on a certain day, and it was never actually fixed on the day provided. It was not until another tenant reached out and got ahold of corporate where the elevator was magically their priority. The building is dirty and dusty all the time. Some of the tenants just don't care and make this place even worse. I reached out to management here multiple times via email regarding issues and all my emails go unnoticed where I actually had to go to them in person and ask them if their email is working. Issues never actually get resolved here. They do not care for what you have to deal with and only want you to submit your rent on time or else you will be penalized for it. Clearly as you seen in their response to one of the reviews "This would not occur if rent was paid on time. The lease agreement between the landlord and the tenant states that rent is due on the 1st, and we give a grace period to pay. The team is following the rent collection policy." Yet nothing else per the lease agreement is followed. The following that is on the lease are definitely not followed or maintained "Smoking, quiet enjoyment". PLEASE PLEASE spend the extra bucks and find a peaceful place because this is not it. Even as the older tenants that I see around have always told me that this place is terrible.
