- DPDallas PatrickOct 1, 20161.0Some new pool furniture, a couple coats of paint, and some gym equipment and the rent for this building has literally gone up $600/a month in the last 3 years or so. It's like they're trying to make the building "upscale" when it's located next to a vacant lot covered in graffiti, in a not great neighborhood, with water getting shut off often without notice, construction happening all the time, constant noise from street traffic and the seemingly random rent increases for where this is actually located make this absolutely not worth what they are currently charging. They raised the rent twice in the last 3 months alone. I would not take my chances getting settled here.
