  I just can't say how pleased I am enough with these apartments. While they may be older, they are kept up and managed very well. It is a pleasure to deal with the office manager, Michelle. She gets things done and she's about business. Any complaint or concern about an item that needs to be fixed, is addressed immediately. Michelle has gone above and beyond to help me with items inside my apartment that may need a maintenance request. Michelle's staff helps to keep this community very clean and sanitized. I've not seen another apartment in this neighborhood where housekeeping staff sweep and wash down everything outside and always with a smile on her face. I really do appreciate the effort to keep this community, clean and sanitary My past apartment ,where I lived for three years is literally a block and a half away from Morrison Street. they can continue to call themselves luxury apartments, but they were far from that. It was so unsafe and dirty. I went to open a barbecue once to barbecue and a huge rat jumped out at me. Outside Dog areas were never cleaned. It was just a mess.Homeless people sleeping on the roof trying to get into my apartment, constant repairs needing to be done but not done correctly. There was a manager there who tried her best, but she just didn't have any urgency to help. It was absolutely not a safe environment. I thank Michelle and her staff for always being so diligent and caring in their jobs.

  Just moved in few weeks ago and so far I’m loving my place the management and the maintenance man. It’s pretty quiet in my building and the area where I live too. It’s also pretty good to walk your fur friends around the neighborhood too.

  Worst complex to live in. 4 leasing manager changes in 1 year, car was broken into because of the parking garage consistently being broken and left open, and our apartment had electrical issues that caused a fan to catch fire. They will not return your deposit no matter how much you do to maintain the apartment. Washing machines are always broken and the gym has been closed for half a year.

  My husband and I loved living at Noho Gallery North! We were sad to leave after 5 years, we just needed more space but otherwise would have stayed. We can't say enough good things about this place and our Manager Paul. He was always so kind to us from day one, any issue that arose was taken care of immediately, and we were always well informed of any issues or maintenance going on with the building. You don't get that lucky with management in LA, ever. And Edgar, who took care of all the maintenance requests, is so friendly and was on top of every issue so fast! And the community itself was just a dream, all the neighbors were nice and the complex was always well maintained. The apartment itself was great too, they recently updated all the kitchens (beautifully I might add) and for a one bedroom it was a good amount of space with a very large balcony. We lived in a corner unit and never heard our neighbors. And your walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, a great movie theater, the list goes on...we truly will miss living here and seeing everyone every day!
