  I just can't say how pleased I am enough with these apartments. While they may be older, they are kept up and managed very well. It is a pleasure to deal with the office manager, Michelle. She gets things done and she's about business. Any complaint or concern about an item that needs to be fixed, is addressed immediately. Michelle has gone above and beyond to help me with items inside my apartment that may need a maintenance request. Michelle's staff helps to keep this community very clean and sanitized. I've not seen another apartment in this neighborhood where housekeeping staff sweep and wash down everything outside and always with a smile on her face. I really do appreciate the effort to keep this community, clean and sanitary My past apartment ,where I lived for three years is literally a block and a half away from Morrison Street. they can continue to call themselves luxury apartments, but they were far from that. It was so unsafe and dirty. I went to open a barbecue once to barbecue and a huge rat jumped out at me. Outside Dog areas were never cleaned. It was just a mess.Homeless people sleeping on the roof trying to get into my apartment, constant repairs needing to be done but not done correctly. There was a manager there who tried her best, but she just didn't have any urgency to help. It was absolutely not a safe environment. I thank Michelle and her staff for always being so diligent and caring in their jobs.

  Just moved in few weeks ago and so far I’m loving my place the management and the maintenance man. It’s pretty quiet in my building and the area where I live too. It’s also pretty good to walk your fur friends around the neighborhood too.

  Been living here for a few months and I’ve had a very good experience! The management is very friendly and helpful! :)

  the landscaping has been messed up in the courtyard for going on multiple years. gym has been closed indefinitely for quite some time now. maintenance guy Edgar is great but overworked and spread thin. give him a raise. multiple things like our remote entry for guests have been broken for years and none of the rotating cast of building managers can fix it. common areas are run down looking and badly need refreshed/painted. laundry area is in basement and they recently raised the prices on the machines yet again.

  Staff not helpful! A lot of change happened to payment platform and maintenance requests yet, we are still waiting for someone to inform us. Staff are very rude when approached and speak to tenants like we are living there for free.
