    This apartment has a high turn over rate. A lot of people moving out all the time . The apartments are roach infested and rather than management take responsibility for these, they blame the tenants.( if you look at old reviews, it’s talked about by other residents).On multiple occasions, tenants have complained about this ongoing issue and it’s not getting resolved. The maintenance and the cleaning lady are also really really nosy people. Every time you come across the both of them, there is a 87% chance they are gossiping about tenants and Rita the apartment manager is also included in the gossiping, she lets a lot of things slide. 0/10 would not recommend.

    I give one star for the renovation in the apartment, everything else deserves 0. manager wasted 3 days of our time saying that we will get the apt with minimum deposit and 500$ off the first month and all she needs is proof of income we did get everything she asked for and after 3 days of calling and struggling to reach her to get an appointment she just said, sorry there is no 500$ off first month and the deposit is full month rent, just out of nowhere, i didn't mind paying the full ammount. But her disrespect to other people's time and irresponsible managment made leave and get an apt elswhere,btw next apt i liked got me approved in 20min.

    we moved in October and our first week here we found out we had a roach infestation. 2 months, 5 exterminator visits, and our own extermination attempt later, we realized we made the biggest mistake of our lives moving here. After we found a nest of baby roaches in our bathroom the Manager told us “now that she see’s it with her own eyes” she believed we had a problem. Because you know....all the pictures and vidoes we sent her were not proof enough. But I digress! She had the opportunity to make it right. She stated that no other apartment in the entire complex didn’t have this problem, so we asked her to move us into another apartment, because ours is uninhabitable. She said “you’ll have to pay more in rent” because they only had full 1 bedrooms available and we live in a Jr. size apartment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, the rent is too high for what you get.....and that “what” is vermin.
