  Gerren Brantley at the leasing office has been extremely helpful in assisting my husband and I in our moving process. He has made us feel so comfortable and at home, I highly recommend touring with him, and having him assist you as well. We are both so excited to be moving here and see what’s to come.

  As a new resident, I had an excellent experience working with Gerren in the front office. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I entered the leasing office for my tour. Throughout the entire process—from viewing the model apartment to completing the application and move-in—he consistently demonstrated kindness and a willingness to help. Hands down, this was the most welcoming and professional community I toured—and I visited quite a few. I truly appreciate the positive experience and am excited to begin this new chapter at Norco Valley Square.

  Last week me and my soon to be fiancée came in on a whim and asked for a tour. We were greeted by Gerren where he was absolutely amazing! Gerren was more than hospitable and gave us an amazing tour and truly was the X factor in having us decide on Norco Valley Square. After our visit, Gerren had swift follow up and kept up with healthy communication. I can’t wait to solidify this and live here for years to come!
