She is and has been for the two years I lived at Monarch, an outstanding manager, who has consistently provided excellent service. Her staff is equally competent and posses an admirable work ethic, which I appreciated very much during my time at Monarch. The work orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner, and the grounds are maintained nicely.

Corporate run, so essentially they would rather an apartment sit empty for months rather then come down to a reasonable rate. All the while, actually losing money. Go figure.
