  Tiffany is great. There is some sketchy situation happening with the bills, our electricity bill was double in our apartment compared to our 5 bedroom home. They clean the carpets and that lasts for around 3 months and then the stains reappear and they charge you for it on the move out. Love the property and the people, but don't expect any money back regardless of how clean you are.

  We lived there for 2 years! Two people. 2 cats. We cleaned the place before we moved out and left it looking really good. They took 1400$ of our security deposit.. and when we moved in the carpet was filthy.. a week after moving in all the stains became apparent. They put some type of spray so you don’t see the stains until you’ve lived there for a month or so. Our friend lived in the exact same apartment that we moved out of and said the same exact stains were there when she moved out.. and when we moved out. They scam you out of your money. Love the environment and Tiffany is cool too. I don’t like being taken advantage of for our security deposit though… 1400… for painting the walls? We left it spotless. They will always take all of your money…the children who live there are loud and nobody does anything about that. There are so many inconveniences . The fire alarm testing was 2 times a month and they needed access to your apartment… this went on for a year and a half while being there. Tree trimming happens once a month and there already isn’t any parking available if you live there… so say goodbye to parking when they do tree trimming. They give certain apartments more parking spaces.. and don’t give people with two cars an extra sport. This place seems nice but there are so many disruptive things that come along with living here. Thanks!

  The move-out process was very easy. The Office Manager was very thorough and took her time to explain the process. She is and has been for the two years I lived at Monarch, an outstanding manager, who has consistently provided excellent service. Her staff is equally competent and posses an admirable work ethic, which I appreciated very much during my time at Monarch. The work orders are handled in a timely and efficient manner, and the grounds are maintained nicely.

  Living at Monarch Dos Vientos has been wonderful and we are well attended by the staff and this area has excellent schools and our family is satisfied. It is a quiet and quiet place, it has the Village with good restaurants, schools and gym.
