  I hardly write reviews but I had to write for this one. Lenny, the property manager (I think) went above and beyond to accommodate me when I wanted to tour the property. They did not have tour dates available until the following day, but I told her I needed to make a decision by today and she accommodated me. She also did not rush me and showed me around and answered all of my questions with such patience. She is not only friendly, but she gives the whole property a home feeling with her energy. I think 80% of the reason I applied was because of her hospitality. Thank you Lenny! I look forward to my stay 🥰

  I’ve lived in this apartment complex for about three years. While the property itself isn’t the most luxurious, it’s a place where I genuinely feel safe and happy to call home. There’s an on-site laundry room (though no gym), and the community overall has been solid and comfortable. This complex offers 2B2B at a very competitive price. What truly elevates the experience here is Lenny, our office manager. She is incredibly responsive, communicative, and attentive — which is especially impressive considering she manages over 90 units on her own. Despite that, she always makes you feel heard and taken care of. I actually look forward to chatting with her in the office. Lenny has helped me with everything from replacing my mail key to securing a preferred unit, and she does it all with kindness and professionalism. We’re both animal lovers, and that small connection makes interactions with her even more enjoyable. A great property manager makes a huge difference, and Lenny is exactly that. I truly appreciate everything she does for this community. Highly recommend!

  This is a hidden gem! Amazing resident manager - Horacio! Very helpful maintenance guy - Paris. Always responsive. I moved in Aug 20' and moved out July 21'. I moved out only because I wanted to move to different city. Pros: -New appliances (in select appts atleast) -Friendly neighbors -Affordable rent and value for money (pool, on-site laundry, promotions) -Close to Lucid/Facebook/Amazon/Starbucks/Safeway -Friendly resident manager - cant say more amazing things about Horacio! Cons: -Nothing particular to the community itself, just that there is nothing nearby in terms of good restaurants. You'll end somewhere in Fremont/Milpitas/Union City if you're looking for good restaurants. But flipside is Doordash/UberEats delivers.
