  Aldo is a like a guardian angel who was just sent from heaven. We looked for months just to find this place. We initially liked their other unit at “mar at laurel” unfortunately the tenant hadn’t moved out yet and when I ask if they had any other place they sent me to aldo, and I cannot thank diana from mar at laurel enough for introducing me to aldo. When we toured the place, we initially fell in love with the place with the location being so close to everything we go to, plenty of storage everywhere in the unit, although i wish i had my own parking spot, there are a lot of parking spaces available. And none of this would have happened without aldo, I was ready to apply for a different unit that I really wasnt sure of, because I really liked the unit at mar, but I wasn’t sure if I would get approved at mar, aldo gave me a buzz the next day and he made it happen. My wife and I couldnt express it enough how much thankful we are to live at the place we loved from we walked in the door.

  Living here has been great!. Everyone in the management staff and custodial work are kind and ready to help when you need it.

  Something is going on on those apartments, there is A infestation of cockroach. They come out from everywhere on the kitchen on the living room on the bedroom on all those apartments be aware.

  This apartment complex in National City is fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just a short drive from downtown San Diego. There are plenty of amazing food spots nearby, offering a variety of cuisines. The area is vibrant and convenient, making it a great place to call home. If you have any questions, reach out to Aldo! Management is awesome. The complex is always well kept and they are very responsive!

  Honestly I don't think these apartments are as bad as everyone says. I been living here almost a year and so far so good. Yes at first I did have roaches and what they did didn't help at all so I did my own thing and haven't had roaches since then. The office manager is nice and if you need anything they get it done pretty quick. They have new management and the new management has been getting allot of things done so I suggest people to give them a chance to fix things. All in all my experience hasn't been bad.
