  Washers only allow half of a load. The one entrance access that does not have stairs is an upward incline with a gated door that opens outward which makes it difficult to enter when carrying groceries, bags, a cart, etc. The new management is unkind and will not hesitate to evict you even after communicating that you were laid off and waiting to receive unemployment.

  I walked in for a tour with my wife, currently looking a new apartment. Diana was very personable and understood our needs. Unfortunately the spaces were too small for our growing family. Would recommend this to my friends and family.

  Came here to tour and Diana was very great and informative. Unfortunately it is out of my price range but if I will definitely consider this property in the future!

  Dog poop everywhere. Management said they would order dog station 3 months ago never happened. Grass always covered so you can’t enjoy a walk with your dog. You have to pay a pest fee but that is not stopping the pest from getting in. We started seeing cockroaches coming in through improperly placed moulding between wall. When paying rent in the residence portal there are different fees such “admin fee” or other random fees. Management never answers call or text so you better be ready to go into the office if you ever need anything handled and even then it probably will not be handled.
