  What a beautiful facility with a home feel. From the grounds with not a leaf out of place to the gorgeous units they offer. Amazing experience with Orlando in the office. Incredibly personable, very knowledgeable, and cared every step of the way.

  Quiet place. Love it here. Apartment events are fun. Gym is quiet and easy to use. Pool is relaxing.

  We moved in 2 months ago. Our neighbor is from hell. He blasts his heavy metal music at 1:00am. I've repeatedly told the management about his behavior, but nothing has been done. They are nice apartments, but I feel management is afraid to uphold the quiet time hours and follow through. Also, the EV connections in each garage aren't active. This was one of the selling points to living here compared to other local options. It would have been nice if management were upfront with us from day one that these do not work. It's the little things like this that me regret my choice.

  We moved into The Max on Jefferson around October 2025 and have had a great experience so far. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. A huge shout-out to Orlando in the office — he has been amazing from day one. He helped us every step of the way, was always professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly for us. Also, major credit to the maintenance team, Alex and AJ. They are absolutely on it — quick to respond, thorough, and they always make sure everything is working the way it should. You can tell they really take pride in keeping the community running well and residents happy. Overall, we’re very happy living here and truly appreciate the staff that makes this place what it is. Highly recommend!

  We moved into The Max on Jefferson around October 2025 and have absolutely loved it here. From day one, the experience has been smooth and welcoming. Orlando in the office has been amazing professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. He made the entire move-in process stress-free and was always quick to answer questions or help however he could. Huge shout-out to the maintenance team as well! Alex and AJ have been outstanding super responsive, professional, and always making sure everything is taken care of and working the way it should. It really shows that they care about the residents here. Overall, we truly love living here and are very happy we chose The Max on Jefferson. Highly recommend! 🙌
