  I haven’t got a chance to live here but I did however call and ask about my application I put in awhile back and the ladies in the office were very friendly and also emailed me back stating they would keep me updated . The apartments look beautiful. I hope to get a call soon

  Very nice and clean apartment complex. Low income housing - brand new with all full sized appliances included.

  The staff has been super great and attentive here. I really like the views nearby. Any issues in the beginning were taken care of expediently. The apartments are just right, spacious and quiet. The residents all seem to get along. And the process to get in took less than half the time I expected. Thank you, Monamos!!

  The staff is amazing Guille and Ms. Shanon as well as all the staff in the office have always treated me kindly, warm and respectfully. They are all very knowledgeable in what they do. I have recommended this location to friends and family. I think the trash situation has alleviated itself since opening as well. Great place!

  Extremely Unprofessional Management – Avoid if You Can From the very beginning, my experience with management here has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. During the application process, my information was requested to be sent again, after speaking to them about how that was concerning because I had given them the specific information they told me they had lost papers due to “moving” from one office to another. I was also spoken to in a condescending and belittling way—staff member talked to me like I was a child, which was incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary. I applied for a 2/3bedroom prior but denied me the space because THEY told me I didn’t need it for my daughter. Now that I’ve been living here for a few months, things have only gotten worse. Management consistently ignores calls and emails, especially when it comes to maintenance requests. You’ll be given the runaround with no real answers, and repairs don’t actually get handled—you're just left waiting with no intention of actually fixing anything. It’s also been months since they shut down one of the two laundry rooms for renovation. The entire complex—eight buildings worth of residents—has been forced to share ONE laundry room. It’s completely unacceptable. Management hasn’t given any update or timeline, just silence. Again, total lack of care or accountability. The laundry room is filthy and completely unkept. Machines are often dirty, and nothing gets cleaned or maintained. It’s disgusting. And as if that wasn’t enough, trash bins were removed for about a week, and the trash areas turned into a complete mess — overflowing garbage, rotting food, and filth everywhere. It looked like a dump. Went to office to notify and management had no idea about it and it had been days since they were removed! To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive my full leasing contract until FOUR months after moving in. I had to repeatedly request it, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how this place is being run. They seem to care more about keeping up appearances on the outside than they do about actually helping tenants who live here. If you’re thinking of moving in, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
