  Concerned neighbor. I have lived here over a year and found the overall location, maintenance and amenities worth the rent. However, about a month ago new residents moved in that have absolutely trashed this place leaving it unrecognizable. Just take a look at the elevator doors when you come in for a tour!!! Every single day there is curry dropped there which has created a health concern for all neighbors with small children and pets. On top of this, furniture on shared spaces is also littered and I’ve personally seen this same neighbor use the microwave in the Lounge to heat dog food! You’ve been warned, don’t be surprised if you move in and end up in the hospital.

  We moved in recently. The apartments and patios are quite spacious and the building has good amenities. The location is also very convenient with multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Though there were a few small issues with the unit upon move in, the leasing and management team and has been very helpful and responsive in addressing and resolving them quickly.
