lived here for a year, it’s pretty nice. everything feels new, modern, and high quality. quiet safe location. friendly staff, especially JC and Bridget. no apartment is perfect but nothing about living here has been so bad that i feel the need to remove a star. it can be a little difficult to host many guests because their only parking options are the limited garage and street parking. the layout of the main hangout room is pretty weird and not intuitive for gatherings but there are other areas on the upper floors that are better. the hot tub outside is great. people complain about the parking garage but it sounds like new management is actively working on fixing it. water pressure in the bathrooms is a bit weak but then again i never asked them to increase it - maybe they would have accommodated. if you can afford the premium price tag, would recommend.

A few weeks ago, I relocated to MV and the experience has been fantastic. The team here is incredibly supportive and attuned to the requirements. Their approach is far from ordinary, as they consistently aim to exceed expectations, not just complete transactions. I'd like to extend my special gratitude to the lead Kristel, Bridget, and Sean for their exceptional dedication, and for my smooth move. Let's not overlook the maintenance team, who are also outstanding. It's common to encounter problems anywhere, but what matters most is the promptness and positivity in response, and this place excels in both aspects.
I had a great experience with the leasing office setting up home here. Measha was always responsive to our concerns and feedback and always checked-in on us while transitioning to our new home.

They are quite literally impossible to reach. Here are some points which made my experience with them the worst,
1. Cannot reach anyone by the website posted number. I needed a place and I had been calling all day long to reach someone but no one picked up.
2. There actual listing doesn't resemble website listing. Not all floors mentioned "available now" on the website are actually available. Someone called me 2 days later and gave me a word doc with price listings that were different.
3. Again, they are tremendously slow, I expressed my interest in an apartment and they sent me an increased rent document after 2 days.
I wasted so much time chasing this apartment because I thought it would be a good deal. But the anxiety isn't worth it. Also, if they are like this slow to new prospective tenants, I wonder how they would be when you would try to submit a maintenance request!
