  I do not want to give even one star to this apartment that is only beautiful on the outside. Please believe the low score and don't be fooled by the appearance of this apartment. As soon as I started living here, I noticed brown water and black grains coming out of the faucet. We put up with the water purifier for a while, but after a month or so our skin and hair became rough and the humidifier broke. We complained to the leasing office and the workers who came to our room first pointed out our lack of cleaning. However, even after cleaning, of course the black grains continue to appear. He then next strongly insisted that it was a city water problem. I checked with my friends in the neighborhood and none of them had water quality problems. The response was so bad. It is the landlord's duty to provide clean water, and we pay high rent for it. For those looking for a home, please do not be fooled by the appearance of this apartment.

  Moved in around a month ago. Gerald was the one meeting us on the arrival day. He was very professional, helpful and this created a very welcoming environment. Raquel and Measha have been pretty helpful when needed as well. The apartment building is new and all the amenities are of course new. The only issue I have so far is not being able to connect to wifi because I was told the apartment has an issue with getting a signal from ATT and it has been more than a month the issue is not solved, other than that all amenities are perfect. Loved the idea of not needing a key to get into the building and to the apartment because based on the new technology all the doors are opened through a mobile application. Overall the building neighbors are quiet however walls/ floors/ceilings are not the perfect ones and you can hear the neighbor walking/talking or the washer functioning. However the ceilings are very high which keeps the noise level low as well. Overall pretty satisfied so far.

  We just got here a month ago and so far it's been delightful. All the staff from Gerald and Measha in the office to all the maintenance people have been delightful! We love the pool area and many shared work spaces.
