  Greendale is a great apartment. I have been living here for 3 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The environment is similar to Japanese garden so I really enjoy it. All of my friends admire Greendale whenever they visit. Jovice is one of the nicest manager I have ever met. Overall, Greendale is awesome.

  Good apartment community, very peaceful. Lots of greenery and trees. Apartment manager Jovice is very helpful. Management is very responsive on repairs.

  Updated review: We have been constantly dealing with the smell of weed in the early hours of the morning. We have to close our windows and turn on the air conditioning to avoid our apartment stinking up and management has not been helpful to address this issue head on. We have been very patient but this has been going on for months and is completely unacceptable especially with a young child at home. Until this issue is resolved I cannot in good faith give a higher rating. It's been more than 3 years since we moved to Greendale and the novelty of the place still hasn't worn off. It's a quiet community with fantastic landscaping. The property managers Jovice and Amy are wonderful - very proactive and responsive. They also organize fun tenant events and we enjoy mingling with our neighbors. The maintainence staff are amazing and very quick to attend to any issues, going the extra mile if there's something they can help with. Landscaping is very thoughtful with foliage that looks beautiful throughout the year and lovely water features and little ponds - perfect for walks every day. All our friends and family live how beautiful it is here. We love being a part of this community

  Greendale is the best apartment community for peaceful living. Neighbours are courteous, and considerate. Both the Apartment managers Jovice and Amy are friendly and prompt at addressing resident requests. Landscaping is out of the world. The greenery and shade attracts lots of birds , squirrels and ducks to play around creating a calming atmosphere. In short this is a dream I don’t want to wake up from. Except, I keep waking up every night because of the weed smell. Sometimes it just engulfs the entire apartment in the middle of the night when we keep the windows open. It has caused us sleep deprivation and has affected our quality of life. It is a smoke free community only on paper. Not one bit ideal if you have kids.
