The lack of response from the leasing office is the least professional experience I have ever had to endure. I email and I leave voice mails. Today I went to the office and guess what closed in opening hours. I am only here two weeks and I have had zero support once I paid my rent. Shame on this facility. They don’t deliver.

The worst move-out experience. When the leasing office was calculating the deposit to return, they first told us some amount to give us back. Then later, they corrected and said we owe them some money and would tell us the exact amount. So we are like, “fine, we’ll wait on their notice.” Then we get this letter from a debt collector. When it was the leasing office who failed to notify us, they contacted a debt collector, potentially hurting our credit scores. It wasn’t like we were avoiding to pay. We were literally waiting for them to follow up because they said they would. Yet, they just went through a debt collector for the money. No respect, no communication, no professionalism from the leasing office. P.S. The elevators break so often, and we had to move our belongings up the stairs to the third floor when moving in.

We lived at Domus for only two weeks before moving out because of an upstairs neighbor who played music for multiple hours every single day. It carried through the ceilings and hallways, making it impossible to focus or relax. The leasing office promised to handle it, but the situation didn't really improve. Realizing the noise would never stop, we decided to start the move-out process right away. That process was a nightmare in itself. We had to email the leasing office multiple times just to get the move-out started, and they even tried to charge us for an extra week or two because they wanted a formal notice date, even though we had requested to move out as of 09/02. The lack of communication and coordination was unbelievable. To make matters worse, Domus withheld our entire $600 security deposit, citing "light cleaning," "carpet cleaning," and "apartment cleaning" -- despite the fact that we lived there for only two weeks and left it spotless. We never received an itemized breakdown or notice of these charges. Overall, this experience was a complete disaster. Avoid Domus if you value peace, professionalism, or basic responsiveness. Update: I reached out to the office and like usual no response. It has been around 4 days.

Amazing community. All the amenities are convenient and well maintained. The staff are accommodating and go above and beyond. In particular, Kristin, Adelina, and Anthony embody excellence in all they do. I signed a lease here again because of them.

Living at Domus on the Blvd has been one frustrating experience after another. 1. Referral Bonus Never Honored – Our friend referred us here, and we also referred another friend. Despite visiting the leasing office multiple times, we never received the referral bonuses. One leasing manager even incorrectly claimed it was tied to a W-2 form (which only applies to employees, not residents). The current manager, Michael, acknowledged the issue and said he’d fix it, but he has never responded to follow-up emails. 2. Poor Communication – If your request isn’t maintenance-related, expect it to disappear into a black hole. The leasing staff often say, “I’ll get back to you,” but they never do. 3. Dishonest Leasing Practices – When we first moved in, the leasing office promised concessions (X weeks free), but those were missing from the lease agreement. We had to argue back and forth just to get what was originally agreed. The same thing happened again this year. The renewal portal showed a rent increase of almost 15%, but when the paperwork came through, the rent was nearly another $100 more per month than what we were told. Overall, the leasing office has been disorganized, unresponsive, and misleading. Maintenance staff are fine, but dealing with the management is exhausting. If you value honesty and clear communication, look elsewhere.
