I’ve been living in this community for about three months, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. At first, when you express interest in renting, everything is attention and promises of improvement. However, once the lease is signed, the attention disappears.
I want to specifically mention Maison, whose management has been unacceptable: she does not respond to emails, fails to follow up on important matters, and shows a total lack of commitment and respect toward the residents. I’ve experienced this personally, and I’ve also spoken to other neighbors with similar experiences: ignored requests, no responses, and a general feeling of abandonment from the person who is supposed to manage the community.
I feel compelled to make this review public because no real solutions have been offered for critical issues, such as the urgent need to landscape several areas that remain dry and neglected. In particular, the area right next to my apartment is completely unattended, with no vegetation or maintenance, giving it a desolate look that is unworthy of a community at this price point.
This lack of exterior maintenance contributes to an even more serious problem: my apartment and terrace are frequently invaded by large spiders, cockroaches, and other insects. While bugs outdoors are understandable, their presence inside the home is completely unacceptable. I’ve requested fumigation several times, and nothing has been done.
The apartments also show mold on ceilings, showers, kitchens, cabinets, and even furniture (photos attached). This is not just cosmetic—it’s a health issue. Despite reporting this multiple times, management has not provided any proper solution.
Meanwhile, money is spent on the front entrance to attract new tenants, while the common areas are left completely neglected: dry gardens, worn-out furniture, broken promises of renovation, an abandoned fountain, a fireplace that only works partially, and a broken barbecue grill.
The photos shared on their social media and promotional pages do not reflect reality: common areas are empty, poorly maintained, and missing many of the features they advertise. The images are misleading.
The apartment views are barren. At night, many outdoor lights are burnt out or flickering, which creates a feeling of insecurity. Some decorative speakers are broken and hanging.
The jacuzzi, while currently working, has been out of service several times. It’s dirty and has peeling interior paint.
The garage door stays open for days when it malfunctions. This allows package thefts, as several neighbors have confirmed. Security is lacking, and the few cameras don’t make up for the absence of on-site supervision.
The gym has hanging wires, broken equipment, and no drinking water. The pool area bathrooms are locked. Common rooms have broken outlets, damaged TVs, and an outdated printer that barely works.
I do want to acknowledge something positive: the daily cleaning staff does an excellent job and deserves recognition for their commitment.
Management may try to discredit this review, but a simple visit and a few questions are enough to verify everything mentioned here.
I will gladly update this review if real improvements are made. Every resident deserves to live in a place that is safe, well-managed, and respectful of its tenants.
The coworking rooms have broken TVs, exposed outlets, and a shared printer that rarely prints properly. There’s no water or music system in the gym, which should be standard in a modern community.
Moreover, management has repeatedly failed to deliver on promises regarding upgrades to shared areas, such as new furniture or key repairs, none of which have materialized.
It’s sad to see the potential of this community wasted due to a lack of leadership and accountability. Residents have been patient, but we need real answers. This isn’t about luxury—it’s about meeting basic standards to live with dignity.
I hope this review reflects the current reality and helps others make an informed decision.
