  I would give this place a –10 rating if that were possible. I’ll be handling my issues with management through the courts, but I want to give future renters a realistic picture before you decide to live here. 1. Staff Behavior (Biggest Issue) The worst part of living here is the staff. With the exception of one person, the team is egotistical, dismissive, and openly unhelpful. They treat residents like they’re doing you a favor instead of providing a service you pay for. Corrine, who appears to lead the team, is extremely difficult to deal with, and the rest of the staff reflects that same attitude. Nicole is also very unpleasant to interact with, though it seems more like a top-down culture issue. If you move here, expect poor communication, zero support, and behavior that often crosses into intimidation and harassment. 2. Filthy Common Areas The condition of the common areas is unacceptable. I’ve lived here for 3 years, and the carpets have never been properly cleaned—only one instance of a basic vacuum. Despite multiple requests, management continuously avoids addressing this. If you’re touring, take a close look at the stairway carpets and areas near the gym—you’ll immediately see the level of neglect. 3. Zero Accountability Do not expect accountability from management. Issues are ignored, concerns are dismissed, and communication often feels dishonest. Instead of helping residents, interactions frequently feel confrontational and threatening. Final Thought: This property may look acceptable at first glance, but the ongoing experience is defined by poor management, lack of maintenance, and a complete absence of resident support. Proceed with extreme caution.

  Moving in was very smooth thanks in large part to Alexis Tarin, who was very helpful, patient, understanding, responsive, and provided outstanding customer service as a whole, especially in interacting with an older person. Shout out to Jessica and Erik as well in conversations with them during the touring and fielding of initial questions.

  Jaldo Santos I really enjoy the region and the complex itself. The area is full of trees, with a lake in the middle and a great swimming pool—an excellent spot, especially in the summer. The location is super convenient, close to everything, and there’s plenty of parking. My apartment is spacious and perfect for me living alone. However, the complex is very old, and the security is lacking. I’ve seen cars vandalized, my storage unit was broken into, and my van was stolen. When I contacted the office, they didn’t help. The apartments are outdated, hallways damaged, and laundry machines often broken. Floors need replacing, and my upstairs neighbor’s behavior is terrible. Despite my complaints, nothing is done. The office always uses the excuse that it’s an old 1960 building—so I’m expected to adapt to the neighbor below me, yet my upstairs neighbor can do whatever they want at all hours. I have zero complaints from below, but when I raise complaints about my upstairs neighbor’s inconsiderate behavior every day and weekend, nothing is done. I’m highlighting the positives, but I must mention the negatives so something might actually improve.
