  From the beginning, Shante was in constant communication keeping us in the loop on what was going on. She attended every showing early to make sure the house was in top shape. Once in contract there was good tracking through close. Overall, it was a great experience working with Shante and her team!

  Working with Shante in selling my home was an extreme pleasure. I had not sold a home in over 20 years and was unaware of all the details, paperwork, and new requirements in selling a home. Shante had a team of people ready for help no matter what was required. She provided quality workers at a low cost to do painting, appliance replacement, roof work, and carpet installation . She was always accessible and returned phone messages quickly.   Last year was a challenging one for me, but I am so grateful I found the perfect professional Realtor ®️ in Morgan Hill. Shante helped me sell my home in California and solved every issue that came up by giving me her advice. She had wonderful experienced contacts for handymen, professional workers; such as electricians, common landscapers, tree cutters, and just about every needed job to get my house, beautiful and ready to sell Since now I live out of state, in Washington, this would have been almost impossible for just any agent. To top it off, at the age of 79, and a lady who needed a new computer, I did it all on my iPhone. Not easy, but Shante and her staff with her connections, pulled it off.
