  Diana was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She gave me a thorough tour of the apartment, answered all of my questions, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. She was very informative, organized, and helpful from start to finish. She also made sure I was fully set up with my parking spot and keys. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend working with her!

  Walls are so thin you can hear everything, I have complained about upstairs neighbors constantly dropping thing & rolling chair late at night, & 3 dogs running back & forth. They’re more loud than my kids & dogs. They always make me startle. They seem to not work since they make noise all day & night. They moved in end of December, first 2 weeks they were constantly dragging, drilling things til 1:30am . I have asked them to keep it down after quiet hours. They did for like 3 days only. Reached out to management twice & no response. It’s frustrating, my husband works & barely gets 3-4 hours of sleep. Apartment’s need to be power washed. They only power wash the front where it’s more visible. Trash is always overflowing. Dog poop everywhere, people don’t pick up after their pets. Dog park is disguising, needs to be cleaned. Washers are always full of dog hair. Will definitely not be renewing our lease in June.

  Gina and Roman from the leasing team are highly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. The property is clean, and the units are immaculate.

  All of the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Gina worked really hard to get me housed and out of a tough situation quickly! The apartment is really nice and I feel very at home. Thank you Gina & Village @ Madrone!!
