They advised notifying tenants in December/January, starting the remodel on February 1, 2024, and listing the property in early March 2024 to achieve the best price. Their deep understanding of the market and the importance of timing was evident. Following their expert advice on what to replace and repair, we managed to get the property market-ready within 30 days—a feat considering how challenging it can be to find reliable contractors. Shante & Lee provided top-notch contractors and managed the entire remodel and property until the sale. We listed the house on March 8 and held an open house that weekend. By Tuesday, we had three offers, all substantially over the asking price. We closed at $260K over asking. Shante & Lee truly went above and beyond in every aspect of the home-selling process. Despite the 3-hour time difference, communication was seamless, and they accommodated every need. Their comprehensive services, from remodeling and property management during construction to impeccable staging, made our property look its absolute best.
