  Last year was a challenging one for me, but I am so grateful I found the perfect professional Realtor ®️ in Morgan Hill. Shante helped me sell my home in California and solved every issue that came up by giving me her advice. She had wonderful experienced contacts for handymen, professional workers; such as electricians, common landscapers, tree cutters, and just about every needed job to get my house, beautiful and ready to sell Since now I live out of state, in Washington, this would have been almost impossible for just any agent. To top it off, at the age of 79, and a lady who needed a new computer, I did it all on my iPhone. Not easy, but Shante and her staff with her connections, pulled it off. The house was sold last January 2026. Now I am off to find a snow-bird house where sun shines most days. Bonnie Heinrich.

  Shante and her team were amazing every step of the way during the sale of my farm and buying the new farm. They held my hand every step of the way and were always there to talk things through and offer support when I needed it.
