    This will be a very detailed review if you’re considering living here I suggest reading. I’ll start with the office/management/owners/safety: We moved here in 2020 and had lived here for 5 years. Throughout our time there that has been just an up & a down. This apartment has went through so many leasing agents and managers (I believe about 3 to 4 different teams) through our duration of stay. There has been times where some leasing agents have told us about the owner and his practices and how they don’t support his way of thinking and how he has cheaped out over the years. 1 manager who was the best one that had up to about 2022 had quit because she told us she don’t want to deal with him anymore. I had my car broken into countless of times since I stayed here and I brought it up to our older leasing agent and she informed me to right a review because the owners don’t give a crap. I actually wrote their portfolio manager Brenda about the concerns and she seriously told me they refuse to fix the gate because it costs $20,000 to fix and breaks often. At the time of my lease agreement with this apartment -a gate community was listed as an amenity.. that front gate has not closed the whole 5 years I lived there. This was at a time where my car was being attempted to be stolen 3 times a week and I had to literally take my battery out each night after work to ensure it wouldn’t be. There’s lights they won’t fix In the complex (I’m sure you’ll see blinking lights all over the complex at night) which is a safety concern. That front gate will remain open forever, there’s always guys coming in on bikes raiding trash cans that don’t live there. Management has progressively gotten worse. Short term it’s there if you need it long term no. Let’s talk maintenance and the unit: the cabinets in the master bathroom was right next to the shower so the hinge on the cabinet rusted and eventually fell off. We were charged an arm and a leg for the replacement of majority of all items that would go out after living there for half a decade. The water pressure is extremely bad! They did not change our ac filter for legitimately 10 years…. We didn’t know until we were about to move out. Then our AC broke in August and we put in a request it took over a month to fix it. They were ready to fix it in September in the coolest week of the summer but get this… the third party contractor they hired told us they had the parts to fix it for 3 weeks and he was waiting for them to put in the order. Our unit exceeded 90 degrees daily. Maintenance team is okay, it’s a small team but they get it done, sometimes same day sometimes the next. I do not recommend you stay here. We went from $1600 to $2500 and I promise you that you can find way better for cheaper in a better area. This place is not safe, the owner doesn’t care about the apartment at all or his tenants. Stay far away and even to the workers in the front I suggest you guys end up leaving because these people go through agents and management every year because the owner can’t take accountability and pins it on the residents agents and management. Early on this place is 5 stars but whatever happened 2022 and on is negative stars

    Pipes are always getting clogged Have to request maintenance more than a person would like to Management is rude and they don’t seem to have residents best interest. They leave notes on peoples cars about a non parking area but must feel entitled to still park in the same spots themselves. management before was way better then attended to every need . Don’t know why the owners switched up but after 4 years of living here I feel I’m being pushed out.

    DO NOT RENT HERE !! The apartments are old, and they have a very poor team for maintenance and for the office!! 1- AC is not working: they told us to stay in one room and close the other rooms AC , INSTED OF FIXING IT !!!! 2- Water pressure: The water pressure is so low to the point that you can't do anything! And when you call them, they say everyone have this issue deat with it !! 3- Doors are old and no good anymore, so be prepared to welcome all kinds of pugs in your home ! 4- they will charge you fees and their website WON'T show it ! 5- No gate , so don't be surprised if you find people not living there using the pool JUST RUN AWAY !! This is not your next spot ! Can't wait to finish my lease and leave !

    Never rent from this place! We applied paid our application fees, and the holding fee. Things didn’t work out and they denied us in the end which is fine but we aren’t fine with is they aren’t giving us back our holding fee which is unacceptable considering on their website it shows denials get refunded. What a waste of $400 they we aren’t getting back and we will definitely be filling a small claims lawsuit on them because that’s completely unacceptable. All we simply wanted back was the holding deposit. So simply do not even bother with this place they will steal your money

    Loved it here beatiful, quiet peaceful. A lot of space. Prices weren't too bad.I lived here before And it was only for temporary reasons. I came back with my mom and my baby didn't think extended stay would ever be longer than what it was but this complex was great. Gated community, Children friendly Very respectful Neighbors are good, not nosy people or neighbors, but the area was pretty good. Washer and dryer in the unit I believe everything was pretty much new.. The gym is nice definitely started working back iut healthy nature form and the pool area Is really relaxing big the living at these apartments was very peaceful And just to see how the landscape was beautiful like. Big rooms, living room Patio. They really kept up everything I can really say I enjoy it when I came up in the morning just to look out the front door or to go sit on a patio. It was just that type of environment. And I couldn't say it was overall, especially to have a child Or you have kids around. It definitely was like a safe type of environment and well kept up. So I would rate this more than five overall definitely deserves a good 5.
