  Lived here for 7 years. After having a fallout due to unlivable conditions, they decided to not give me my deposit. They never answer the phones, and are slow to resolve any and all issues. The management company, Davlyn Investments, is exetremely shady. They never answer and if they call you back, they call on private. Sergio, from Davlyn, moves like a crook. They demand payment but treat you like you're the problem if you ever have a concern. Don't trust them with your deposits.

  While the community itself has been welcoming, the management here is a serious problem. Since last Christmas, I’ve filed multiple complaints about a neighbor who repeatedly allows a large dog to urinate and defecate on our shared patio which regularly smells which management has failed to address and fix this issue because it is a health concern and disgusting and I do have 3 children. Each time I complain, the retaliation is immediate—he blasts loud bass-heavy music through our shared wall. I’ve also reported inappropriate behavior, including this neighbor blowing kisses at my fiancé (who is male), and an unsettling encounter where he appeared to record me while pretending to throw away trash when I was alone. I filed a police report regarding that incident. The back of the property regularly smells foul and appears to be overrun with stray cats. There is constant homeless people hopping over the wall and always in the dumpster and hanging around property. Despite numerous follow-ups, I’m repeatedly told they’re “working on it” or that they’ll “reach out,” yet no visible action has been taken. When I asked for accountability, I was told my only option is to break my lease—absurd and completely unacceptable. If you value professional property management and your peace of mind, look elsewhere.

  I scheduled a visit and there was Noone there for the visit. You call both numbers and get routed to a foreign call center. It's impossible to speak to anyone at the rental office on-site. It is impossible to view apartments or speak to a person. This is a building where they make no efforts to rent to prospective tenants.

  My family recently moved into these apartments and the guy in the office jay was a huge huge godsend, he made everything super simple for us and has been extremely helpful. We haven’t had any issues yet, but I can say without a doubt he’s the best apartment manager I’ve ever had to deal with. This guy seriously cares about his tenants. Jay if you ever check these reviews THANK YOU FOR ACTUALLY CARING!
