  Do not move here unless you enjoy paying for management’s incompetence. This complex is currently a "black hole" of accountability and professional standards. Over the last several months, I have been hit with arbitrary and incorrect fees that the office refuses to remove or even explain. The core issue is that this property has fired their entire staff multiple times. Because the "revolving door" of employees is spinning so fast, there is never anyone on-site who actually knows how to do their job or understands basic property management protocols. The cycle is always the same: You get overcharged. You go to the office to fix it. You find out the person you spoke to yesterday was fired. The new person has no record of the conversation and no idea how to use the system. It is impossible to get a straight answer, a corrected ledger, or a return phone call. They are quick to take your money but completely absent when it comes to correcting their own billing errors. Living here is a constant administrative nightmare. Save yourself the stress and the money: Look elsewhere. This place is a sinking ship.

  0/5 Stars - If I could give negative stars, I would. This isn't an apartment complex; it's a rapidly deteriorating cash grab disguised as a residence. If you value your safety, sanity, or the ability to charge your phone, RUN. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. In just the past month, we have had THREE separate, multi-hour power outages. Let that sink in: three times in thirty days, plunging the entire complex into darkness and proving the building's infrastructure is dangerously unstable. And who do we call? Absolutely nobody. There is NO full-time superintendent on site. That means maintenance and essential repairs are handled—or, more accurately, not handled—by a revolving door of contractors. A Total Breakdown of Order and Quality Maintenance? Non-existent. We have serious issues that are being deliberately ignored, the most egregious of which is the MOLD they refuse to properly remediate. They're opting for cheap cover-ups instead of actually protecting their residents' health. This is a clear indicator that management prioritizes their bottom line over human well-being. Community Rules? A Joke. The lack of management presence means zero enforcement. Prepare for LOUD, all-night parties, overflowing trash heaps, and a general atmosphere of chaos. The rules on paper mean absolutely nothing here. Amenities? Ghosting. Months after move-in, so-called amenities like the gym are still not fully open, serving as yet another broken promise in a long list of broken promises. If you need any more proof of how toxic this environment is, the entire previous management staff was fired for incompetence. The new team has proven they are operating on the same foundation of neglect and poor judgment. Let me say it one last time, in case the message hasn't been clear: WE HAVE NO POWER, both literally and figuratively. The electrical grid is unreliable, the building is of a demonstrably poor build quality, and management has no power to enforce rules or treat serious issues like mold. If you have an ounce of self-respect or people that love you, save yourself the heartbreak and the health risks. RUN FOR THE HILLS.

  The management team at this property (Brian from corporate, Joanna and Chynna) are dishonest and possibly discriminatory! We were told to apply to the guarantor program instructed by Chynna, and got approved! I provided all documents requested by Altitude and paid our deposit, application fees and over $3,000 to the guarantors. Move-in date was May 22nd and we signed our Move-in statement and New Resident documentation. On May 20th our application and move-in were denied without explanation. We asked why we were denied Brian's response was "I don't have have to tell you" which is against the "Fair Reporting Act" in California. Brian could not answer my questions or provid me with the corporate phone and does not know any of the policies and procedures of the company when asked. He's very unprofessional and rude. Be aware of this property and DO NOT rent here. They take advantage of those who may need the guarantor program! Chynna really dropped the ball when helping the consumer!!!
