  This place is a joke. It’s supposed to be non-smoking, yet our unit constantly smells like cigarettes and weed. Management hasn’t lifted a finger to directly address it. We’ve had three managers in six months, and our current one has not been communicative about issues or responsive to ongoing complaints. Security? Nonexistent. The gate is broken and left wide open 24/7. The app and keypad crashed with no warning before they decided to leave it open leaving us without the ability of getting inside, and after seven months we still don’t have the gym codes. Our front door was installed so poorly that bugs,insects, and debris come right in. Management slapped on a cheap, temporary patch to cover the gap, and it fell apart almost immediately. Add in a rollie-pollie infestation and loud neighbors with no enforcement, and it’s clear nobody here cares about residents or the property. We regret ever signing a lease. This place is mismanaged, ignored, and falling apart. Do yourself a favor and avoid it; we’ve asked to be released of our lease due to us being here 7 months and have had ongoing issues for 5.

  0/5 Stars - If I could give negative stars, I would. This isn't an apartment complex; it's a rapidly deteriorating cash grab disguised as a residence. If you value your safety, sanity, or the ability to charge your phone, RUN. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. In just the past month, we have had THREE separate, multi-hour power outages. Let that sink in: three times in thirty days, plunging the entire complex into darkness and proving the building's infrastructure is dangerously unstable. And who do we call? Absolutely nobody. There is NO full-time superintendent on site. That means maintenance and essential repairs are handled—or, more accurately, not handled—by a revolving door of contractors. A Total Breakdown of Order and Quality Maintenance? Non-existent. We have serious issues that are being deliberately ignored, the most egregious of which is the MOLD they refuse to properly remediate. They're opting for cheap cover-ups instead of actually protecting their residents' health. This is a clear indicator that management prioritizes their bottom line over human well-being. Community Rules? A Joke. The lack of management presence means zero enforcement. Prepare for LOUD, all-night parties, overflowing trash heaps, and a general atmosphere of chaos. The rules on paper mean absolutely nothing here. Amenities? Ghosting. Months after move-in, so-called amenities like the gym are still not fully open, serving as yet another broken promise in a long list of broken promises. If you need any more proof of how toxic this environment is, the entire previous management staff was fired for incompetence. The new team has proven they are operating on the same foundation of neglect and poor judgment. Let me say it one last time, in case the message hasn't been clear: WE HAVE NO POWER, both literally and figuratively. The electrical grid is unreliable, the building is of a demonstrably poor build quality, and management has no power to enforce rules or treat serious issues like mold. If you have an ounce of self-respect or people that love you, save yourself the heartbreak and the health risks. RUN FOR THE HILLS.

  Nice new apartments, in close proximity to the best amenities Moreno Valley has to offer around Day St. Chynna the leasing manager is a pleasure to work with. They have Spectrum fiber optic internet 1 Gig+ download and upload speeds, discreetly placed out of sight in the closets.
