This is a photo of one of their laundry spaces. It’s been like this for a while.
They also cannot keep the water in my building on and working. Once or twice a week it is often the case we have no hot water.
Try calling their office number. No one answers. They rarely answer emails once you become a resident.
All the other negative reviews here are true, as far as I’ve seen over the past few years.
I have started copying their corporate office on my emails to their office manager.
Also, be warned, these townhouses are managed by Greystar. Do yourself a favor before leasing with these guys. Google “greystar legal issues 2025” .

Update: I finally scheduled a tour through email for this morning. And nobody showed up. And nobody answered the phone or responded to my emails.
They don't answer the phones, texts, or emails for info or a tour. I've been trying for weeks. I've ever tried going to the property but it always says they won't be back for hours. I got here at 9 and it says they won't be back until 1. I'm so frustrated.

Wish I can give zero stars. Had a tiny studio for almost a year that I was not using most of each day as I work. The landlords would charge on average about $225 a month just for water and sewage! When we asked what's going on, they said there is some leak on the property that's inflating everyone's prices but that they are working with the water company to fix it. She recommended we "Just pay it and we'll reimburse you later." Sure enough, one year later there is no fix, the utility bill was always inflated and they will never reimburse anything. DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING ROBBED!
Response: The management team says they work diligently to fix the issue but my water bill and sewage bill were never below $200 for a year even with multiple written and verbal complaints from us throughout our stay.

Tenemos termitas y no harán nada al respecto. Nuestro techo tiene goteras en nuestro apartamento de una habitación debido a este problema y todavía pagamos 2 2,600 al mes más servicios públicos. Mira a otro lado.

We appreciate the wonderful management and professional maintenance here at Monterey Townhouse. It is easy to place work orders and problems have always been resolved properly and not just with a careless patch up job. Great service!
