  The living room light bulb needed replacement and was promptly replaced. Excellent job and we were also given spare light bulbs. Marvellous treatment !.

  Worse place to live, everything is outdated, plumbing, electrical, building, is old and breaking constantly. There is no security or security cameras, there is constant cars stolen, the mail is always being stolen , parking is horrible, management is horrible, maintenance is horrible, save yourself the hassle and headaches.

  Living here is just okay. The maintenance team is amazing. They respond to maintenance issues immediately. However there are constantly situations where the water is cut off for various reasons. The front and back gates are always experiencing problems as well. It’s definitely not the worse place to live and the rent is semi reasonable. A 3/5 is a fair score for this community.

  Property is always dirty! Dog pee and poop! Cameras are never working so if a package gets lost or stolen good luck! Tenants parking is dark and there is no camera access so if something happens to your car or it goes missing good luck! Pool is worst then a public pool you have people that don’t even live here in the pool homeless people come and shower and use the pool restroom. And when you report it they just say ok but it continues to happen. It suppose to be quiet time from 10pm to 7am but there’s people out in there balcony smoking and drinking from 12 am to 4am you report it and they say they will investigate it’s been a month and every night same noise same person running up and down the stairs at 3 am. People grilling on their balcony getting other apartments full of smoke! It’s horrible here! Save yourself the headache!

  First of all the rent is too expensive second of all they take too long to fix problems in the building like plumbing electrical and fixing the asphalt in the parking lot if they fix something they start raising the rent the tenants are too loud is not like the first year we rent this apartment
