  Update: as of Jan 2026 still haven’t received our deposit back!!! It’s been over 4 months now. No one contacted us either. If this review is up it means we still haven’t received it. We moved end of Aug 2025 and haven’t received our deposit yet. They keep postponing it and making up excuses that it’s because of management changes. Give us our money back.

  There are cockroaches, mold, and paper thin walls. You will be able to hear your neighbors' TVs and conversations through the wall, the floors, and the ceiling. This place is just not worth the price - which they will raise by the maximum legally allowable amount every year. Also zero utilities are included so count on adding a couple hundred bucks to your rent plus fees. Update: Be sure to ask for an itemized list for your security deposit return, they charged me $400 for paint.
