  I have been here for 1and one half years. I am thoroughly enjoying my time! Staff, including maintenance, is very professional, friendly, and helpful, as well as good listeners! I love my apartment. The rent has not risen since I have been here. In fact it has been lowered by $500. I highly recommend Oak Park Park as well as its location in Monrovia!!!

  Want to say thank you to Blake for all his help. Most friendly experience I’ve had while hunting for a place to live. Blake’s friendly and warm demeanor really sealed the deal in my decisions to move into Oak Apartments! Grateful for his help!

  Update: As of Feb 24, 2026 after their word salad response!!!! They don’t pick up our calls (they have the number and voice messages including the one I put today), don’t answer emails and if they think they’re entitled to the whole deposit they need to send us an official letter with the full reasoning as to why based on the state of California laws. GIVE US OUR DEPOSIT BACK! If this review is still up it means they did not contact us or pay us the money or send an official letter to explain why. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! Update: as of Jan 2026 still haven’t received our deposit back!!! It’s been over 4 months now. No one contacted us either. If this review is up it means we still haven’t received it. We moved end of Aug 2025 and haven’t received our deposit yet. They keep postponing it and making up excuses that it’s because of management changes. Give us our money back.
