  Title: URGENT SAFETY CONCERN: Structural Instability and Management Negligence "I am writing this to warn prospective tenants about the current state of The Edge at Modesto. My second-floor unit currently has a balcony that is cracking away from the building's foundation. Despite multiple written requests for repair over the last [Number] Of months, management has failed to take any corrective action or even cordoned off the area to prevent accidents. Living here has become a liability. The deck is visibly rotting, and the separation from the wall is increasing. Under the implied warranty of habitability, a landlord is required to maintain a safe structure, yet this complex has ignored repeated notices. If you value your physical safety and want a management team that adheres to basic building codes, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I have reported these violations to the local building inspector to ensure the safety of other residents."

  bro do not move here it’s horrible plain and simple the apartments are ugly from the inside and it’s expensive to live here worst place to live at don’t waist your money here look somewhere else trust me can’t wait for my lease to end regret it

  I would give this place zero stars if I could. I pay $2000 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that was filthy the day I moved in. The dishwasher has never worked (even after a replacement), the pantry door is broken, the towel holder in the bathroom is broken, the water is constantly shut off, there’s no light fixtures in the bedrooms or living room (so you might wanna get some lamps if you plan on moving in), I’ve had issues with mail going “missing”, the front door barely even shuts, there is absolutely no storage and you’ll get complaints from the managers about keeping your stuff on the balcony. If you’re ONE HOUR late for paying rent past the deadline, you will be charged $100 fee. For $2000 you’d think you’d have a decent place with decent appliances, but this place is absolute trash. If you want to live in a comfortable space and feel stress-free, this place is not for you.

  This place is horrible!!!!! Because it’s so easy to get in the apartments they let anybody in smdh. The place seems very fraudulent about how they go about handling business. The ladies at the front office are unprofessional as can be. I called the front office for Tiffany somebody else answered the phone and i as i was asking for Tiffany, i hear Tiffany in the background “tell her I’m not here” huh!? Tiffany is supposed to be the manager! My apartment was horrible, the piping stinks. My next door neighbors smoked weed all day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
