  Long time resident here, and I have to say the apartments are so much better now that new management has taken over. Rachel in the front office is so helpful! I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come here.

  Since the property changed ownership, things have definitely gotten worse even their new way to pay rent is awful compared to the previous management. Parking is awful, trash regularly overflows, and management projects are consistently late and disruptive to residents. These are a couple reasons we didn't renew our lease. Also talking to neighbors before leaving we aren't the last.

  New looking tenets beware! I've been here a few year, it was pretty quiet no problem and management was easy and quick to respond. They sold it to this new management a couple months ago and its nothing but problems! inspections all the time and then not even showing up when they told you they were. Basically impossible to get ahold of you can call 5 times at 5 different hours and they wont pick up. Then they are clearly letting in more Section 8 housing and which some are probably decent but its bringing in a bunch of unwanted riff raft. when you drive around a bunch of apartments are recently empty everyone is getting wise and leaving. place has gone down hill FAST! DO NOT COME HERE!

  Current resident of almost 3 years with no issues until now, apartments are now under new ownership and staff disregards residents concerns. Work orders are NOT taken care of in a timely manner. They are not being done at all, have been waiting for over a month and no one has reached out. Residents are not being heard. Rent increased without notice and without agreement, even while in current lease. Complex is disorganized and chaotic while under this ownership.

  Property is nice but they have just been renting to anyone lately... Rent goes up almost $100 every time u renew ur lease which is after the 1st year then every 6 months after that.. Its ridiculous u can get a house for what they charge
